About Krista 

Krista Johnson is an executive coach, organizational psychology practitioner, and leadership consultant with fifteen years of experience supporting leaders and teams inside complex, fast-moving organizations.

She currently leads Organization Development, Executive Coaching, and Team Effectiveness for Saks Global, where she partners closely with senior leaders and teams across Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman as they navigate change, growth, and transformation. Beyond this work, she has partnered with leaders and teams across diverse organizations such as Meta and Sephora to support leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change.

Krista holds undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and World Religion, pursued master’s studies in Human Dynamics and Counseling Psychology, earned her ICF Associate Certified Coach credential through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is a certified Enneagram and Fierce Conversations practitioner.

She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her partner, Kayla, and their Shih Tzu, Ming, and can often be found exploring art, food, and global travel.
